Customers can expect standard wraps, footwear and totes to be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, while personalized items with monogramming can take up to 15 business days. We make it a priority to get our product into our customers’ hands as soon as possible, and will immediately contact you if any unexpected shipping delays occur.

On orders paid by personal check or money order, please select “Check or Money Order” when checking out. Then send your check to the address below. Be sure to include your order number.

We currently ship via UPS. Standard business days are Monday through Friday. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. We are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses given.

sales tax

Orders shipped to California will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

return policy

Due to the nature of our products, Ivory Sparrow can only accept returns on non-personalized wraps and totes, 10 business days after purchaser receives them. All returned items must be unworn and in the condition they were sent. Monogrammed items are non-refundable.
